Who is Don Ramón?
"What's up, what's up, what's going on?" Don Ramón was a middle-aged former boxer who lived unemployed and surviving of odd jobs. Widower and father of La Chilindrina, Don Ramón also served as a father figure to El Chavo, reprimanding him whenever necessary. Usually wearing his worn-out black t-shirt, jeans, sneakers, and his blue denim hat, here he is properly adorned to sell Doña Florinda's delicious churros. In this episode opening the 1978 season, after discovering that Profesor Jirafales ate alone 8 churros from Doña Florinda, presuming it to be a very attractive delicacy, Ramón proposes a partnership with Florinda, offering to sell her churros on the sidewalk near the village. Don Ramón goes out to sell Doña Florinda's churros. But business goes badly. Later, Don Ramón asks El Chavo to take care of the sales so he can go to the bathroom... A terrible idea for his business. The iconic first episode of a trilogy that opened the sixth season of the El Chavo series, a season that was marked as the last with Carlos Villagrán (Quico) in the cast.
