IRON STUDIOS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

The Iron Studios Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered exclusively by Fine Collectibles Corp. (“Iron Studios”). You will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program when creating an Account or placing an order on our website www.ironstudios.com (the “Site”). To place an order and enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, among other information requested during the checkout process. As a Member, you may earn points on eligible products purchased on the IronStudios.com website using the payment methods available on the Site.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL VERSIONS OF THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY. THESE IRON STUDIOS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Rewards Terms and Conditions”) INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND REQUIRE MANDATORY AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES. DETAILS ARE SET FORTH BELOW.

 

Definitions

As used in these Rewards Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below, unless otherwise specified:
“Member” means any participant in the Program.
“We,” “our,” and “us” mean Iron Studios.
“You” and “your” mean each Member.

 

General Terms and Conditions

These Rewards Terms and Conditions set forth important information about the Program, including certain restrictions. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Rewards Terms and Conditions, including any changes made from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or change these Rewards Terms and Conditions or the Program at any time and in any manner (including the right to discontinue or modify benefits, establish an expiration date for points, or adjust the number of points earned per dollar in Net Purchases). Such changes may affect the value of the Iron Studios Rewards you have accumulated. Where required by law, we will provide notice if the Program is terminated or materially changed. Updates will be published on the rewards terms and conditions page. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Coupons redeemed through the Rewards Program are not valid for products classified as new releases, pre-order products (Pre-orders), or products on sale, and are not cumulative with any other promotions, offers, discounts, or benefits available on the Site.

We also reserve the right to cancel your participation in the Program in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with Program policies, the sale or exchange of rewards, promotional offers, or any misrepresentation of facts may result in cancellation of the Member’s account, forfeiture of accumulated points, and future disqualification from Program participation.

“Net Purchases” mean purchases minus returns, discounts, and applicable taxes.

Iron Studios may choose not to enforce or may delay enforcement of any obligation or right under these Terms without constituting a waiver.

You are responsible for any tax liability related to your participation in the Program. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Iron Studios Rewards are void where prohibited by law. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All monetary amounts referenced herein are in U.S. Dollars (US$).

You release Iron Studios and its contractors from any liability for losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences related to the Program.

To access certain benefits, you may be required to provide personal information, which may be shared with third parties as necessary to fulfill such benefits. Iron Studios will protect your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Who is eligible to participate in the Program?

Available worldwide to anyone who provides a unique and valid email address and phone number.
Corporations, wholesale clients, groups, and associations are not eligible.
Employees of Iron Studios and its affiliates are not eligible.

Why does Iron Studios require your email and phone number?

Your email is your unique Member identifier. Your phone number and email are used for identification and benefit notifications. Incorrect information may result in loss of points.

How is your personal information used?

Information is handled in accordance with the Iron Studios Privacy Policy. You may receive marketing emails with an option to unsubscribe at any time. Transactional messages will continue. Questions may be sent to support@ironstudios.com

 

How can you earn points?

Points are automatically awarded based on Net Purchases made on the Site. Shipping fees and taxes are not eligible.

Register or make your first purchase and earn 25 points.

Birthday
Receive 50 points automatically every year on your birthday.

Refer a Friend
Your friend receives US$15 off their first purchase, and you receive 300 points after their first Net Purchase.

 

How many points do you earn per purchase?

1 point for every US$1 in Net Purchases.

Points-to-coupon conversion:

  • 100 points = US$5 coupon

  • 200 points = US$10 coupon

  • 300 points = US$15 coupon

  • 400 points = US$20 coupon

  • 500 points = US$25 coupon

  • 1000 points = US$50 coupon

The full value of a coupon must be used in a single purchase. Any unused value will be forfeited.

 

Limitations

Not all products are eligible. Eligible products will display the number of points on the product page.
Points are non-transferable.
Each Member may have only one account. Multiple accounts will result in point forfeiture.
Coupons must be applied before checkout, do not cover shipping or taxes, have no cash value, and are non-refundable.

 

When are points available?

Approximately 35 days after the billing period of an eligible purchase.
Welcome Bonus and Birthday points are available immediately.

 

Point Expiration

Points do not expire and apply only to purchases made after June 20, 2022.
Points expired prior to this date will not be reinstated.

 

Undue Points

Iron Studios reserves the right to remove improperly obtained points without prior notice.

 

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through mandatory and binding individual arbitration, with an express waiver of class actions, as detailed in these Terms.
