I pre-ordered the "Liu Kang - Mortal Kombat - Art Scale 1/10 - Iron Studios" a year ago and asked multiple times if and when it is going to be shipped out to me and got no responds. Only to find out that there seems to be no customer service and that you have to contact Iron Studios via Instagram for them to get to your inquiry. I either want my money back or for the statue to be shipped out to me.
