Upon placing a pre-order, Iron Studios guarantee your reservation and priority spot for the final purchase of the product according to the following rules:

• It is a digital reservation for the product selected at the moment of the purchase. The price paid for the pre-order reservation cannot be exchanged for credits to use in the purchase of other products and/or pre-orders. It also cannot be refunded after 24 hours of the pre-order purchase.

• The Final Product Price will be informed at the moment of the pre-order purchase. You will pay upfront a deposit that represents part of the final product value to guarantee your pre-order reservation.

• The pre-order is personal and non-transferable. At the moment of the pre-order, you must provide a valid e-mail. This information will be used to access the product’s page when it becomes available.

• The amount paid in the pre-order reservation will be deducted from the final value of the product when it becomes available for sale.

• When the product becomes available for sale, the buyer will be notified to the registered e-mail, ensuring the early access to the product reserved.

• The pre-order guarantees the reservation of the product for five (5) calendar days after Iron Studios’ email notification to the buyer.

-During the five (5) calendar days period after Iron Studios’ notice, the buyer must access the product’s page and pay the outstanding price amount (Product + Shipping).

• If the buyer doesn't make the purchase within five (5) calendar days of Iron Studios’ notification, the item will be released to the general public and you will lose preference and reservation rights.

• Note that you will have your reservation guaranteed for five (5) calendar days. After this period, if the product is not sold out, you will still have the right to purchase using your pre-order deposit for 60 (sixty) calendar days, which will be counted from Iron Studios’ notification of product arrival. If the product is sold out and/or this 60 calendar days period comes to an end, you will lose the credit previously paid for the pre-order.

• The expected arrival deadline informed at the moment of the purchase is just an estimate and the product could arrive before or after the period explicit at the product’s page.

• Only if the product’s arrival is delayed for more than six (6) months from the scheduled arrival date, the buyer may withdraw the reservation and receive a refund of the amount paid for the pre-order. For the avoidance of doubt, only amounts already paid shall be subject of refund. Iron Studios will not credit any additional amounts.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to inform the correct email address to receive all the updates about the product, including delivery and estimated arrival.

• Iron Studios will only be able to estimate the delivery date of the product after the final product purchase date. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping estimated time for your area. Be aware that a product may take over a year after the pre-order to arrive. Iron Studios can only provide an estimated date of delivery, after we notify you that the product arrived, and we receive your payment in full.

• When the product sale starts, the buyer is not obligated to complete the purchase, but the amount paid for the voucher will not be refunded.
