Who is Skeletor?

As the main villain of the Masters of the Universe franchise and the most dangerous threat to the planet Eternia, Skeletor is an extremely powerful sorcerer with control over a vast range of dark magical powers and considerable scientific skill. A member of the Evil Horde and a warlord trained as the apprentice of the malevolent Hordak, it is suggested that in the past he was Keldor, a lost half-brother of King Randor who vanished into another dimension and was rescued by Hordak. When Hordak and the Horde invaded Eternia, Hordak attempted to kidnap the royal twins, babies born from King Randor and Queen Marlena, but the plan failed, and he left Skeletor behind, taking only the girl, Princess Adora. Skeletor established himself in the Snake Mountain and recruited his own army of warrior minions who serve him, seeking to conquer Eternia and dominate Castle Grayskull and its powers, becoming He-Man’s greatest enemy, the defender of Eternia and the secrets of Castle Grayskull.

On a stone staircase carved into the rocks of a dark fortress, created to be the home of a sinister sorcerer, leader of a clan of nefarious beings dedicated to serving him in the goal of conquering and dominating his world and expanding his empire, the feared and monstrous villain uses the dark magic of his staff to create horrific energy serpents while holding a bone dagger with his right hand, part of the chest ornament of his armor.
