Who is Carnage?

Created by David Michelinie and Mark Bagley in 1992, Carnage is a Marvel character and one of Spider-Man and Venom's most psychopathic enemies in the comics. Believing that law and order were perversions, the insane serial killer Cletus Kasady became the host of an alien symbiote spawned by Venom after crossing paths with investigative journalist Eddie Brock, the host of Venom. 

By transforming himself into the creature's host, Kasady uses all his power and madness to kill without mercy. He becomes the greatest challenge to Venom, who created him. More brutal, powerful and deadly than Venom, Carnage has aspect-changing abilities that allow him to design and create weapon shapes from his body.

Unlike Venom, who has a moral compass and a connection to his host, Carnage is impulsive, unpredictable and leaves chaos and destruction wherever he goes. His host, Cletus Kasady, is a total psychopath with no remorse and when he merges with the symbiote, the madness increases, making Carnage one of the most dangerous villains in the Marvel universe.
