Vega is a fictional character belonging to the Street Fighter fighting game series, having his first appearance as an unplayable villain in Street Fighter II, released by Capcom in 1991 for arcade. Vega is mainly characterized by always wearing a white mask that only covers his face, wearing a steel claw and wearing bullfighting pants in purple and yellow colors and his fighting style is loosely based on Zipota and Savate mixed with Japanese ninjutsu. The character is described as extremely narcissistic, believing that everyone who is not beautiful should die and would never let someone live that surpassed his beauty. He is considered one of the greatest villains of games made by Capcom and the history of fighting games.
