We try to make the returning and exchange process as easy as possible for our clients. Iron Studios will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from our store if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.

    Damaged products

    Our statues are handcrafted and because of that there may be some differences between one item and another. If your item arrived damaged, we can either issue a refund or replace it, as long we still have it on stock. We request pictures of the damage products as well as pictures of the boxes they arrived in (this being in cases of damages during transportation). Under these circumstances, we will cover your returning expenses and we will be sending you a return label via FedEx.

    We pack our orders as carefully as possible so that they arrive in your home in perfect condition. Unfortunately, problems can happen, that is why we will not exchange art boxes with small defects, only with rips or damages directly to the product.

    We will analyse each case separately and see what is the best option to deal with the problem.

    We ask 10 business days to replace the item.

    If you wish to return your statue

    If you decide that you don’t want the statue anymore, you will have to provide your own return label and send the package to our warehouse. We keep 10% of the value of the statue (if it was a pre-order we will keep the deposit fee) plus the shipping fees, the rest will be refunded. We will only proceed with the refund after we receive the item back. Please note that we do not exchange one item for another.

    If you received the statue as a gift and wish to return it

    If you wish to return the piece, you should provide us with the order number or ask the person who originally did the purchase to contact us. We can only refund the money to the original buyer, otherwise we can only offer a credit note. Either way we need the order number to proceed with the return.

    Condition of the item

    The collectible must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all original parts inside the styrofoam case and inside the art box and cardboard box, well protected with bubble wrap. If the item is incomplete, it will result in a delay of your refund or exchange.

    If we notice that the damage has occurred due to misuse ,(falls, knocks, broken parts, glued parts, natural or weather conditions, improper connection to the electrical network, attempts to repair the product on its own or by third parties) we will not be replacing the item, neither accepting the return.

    We may charge a 10% fee if the item was damaged due to improper repacking.

    Bought it from another store

    If you bought our statues from another store, you should contact them for assistance. Please note that Iron Studios has several partnerships with other distributors, however we do not have a physical store outside Brazil


    This Iron Studios Return Policy is subject to change, for any reason or no reason, from time to time, in Iron Studios sole discretion, without prior notice to its Visitors.
