When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail (if you have provided us with an e-mail address) that contains the tracking number. For U.S. and International (Non-EU) customers who did not receive an e-mail, you can also locate your tracking number in your Online Account under the specific order.

    My order has yet to be scanned -where is it?!

    Very often ground shipments are placed on a truck that is going directly to a hub nearest your delivery address, and does not go through multiple scans along the way. Please wait until at least the day after your scheduled delivery date before contacting FedEx, UPS or Iron Studios.

    DHL International – International shipping can expect delays due to the fact that DHL sends all the packages to their distribution center in Germany, and from there they handle the packages to local courier companies. During this handling process, sometimes the item is not scanned or it takes a long time to get it updated in the system.
