Iron Studios lets you create your own monthly payment plan that suits your needs…date, payment amount, so that you can get that item that you’ve always wanted. Your item ships after your last payment is complete! It’s that easy!
For pre-order items, the item will be shipped when all installments are paid and the item is ready.
Pick a collectible.
Most Iron Studios items offer flexible payment plans. If available, you’ll notice a box directly below the item price indicating a monthly payment option.
Click the + Symbol to expand your payment options.
Choose when and how much. When you have customized your plan, click the ‘Apply payment plan’ button.
You can also add the payment plan option at checkout.
Your Flex Pay order will ship after the last payment. Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be added to that last payment. International clients will need to pay Import fees to their carrier directly prior to delivery of the shipment.
Delay in payment of installments:
1) Cancellation Fee: Non-Refundable Deposit or $20 USD (If deposit was not required)
Many of our collectibles require a non-refundable deposit at checkout to hold your pre-order during the production phase. If the order is cancelled then your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. If your order did not require a non-refundable deposit at checkout, then a flat cancellation fee of $20 USD will be assessed.
2) Dispute of terms: 24-hour grace period
If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, then you may cancel, without penalty, within 24 hours of placing your order. You can cancel the order via your account and your deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment automatically if cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. 3) Permission to charge the payment method on file
By using the payment plan option, you are agreeing to allow Iron Studios to process your payment method for the dollar amounts on the schedule that you have selected. If the payment method expires or lacks the necessary funds during your plan, it is your responsibility to update it prior to the next payment or risk order cancellation and fees.
